Use a landing page for sure.

Set budget per campaign, you will have to test several ads anyways, so by running more ads at the same time, you will come to some conclusion quicker.

I'm not sure about the vertical you chose, there are better ones for push ... such as sweeps, casinos, dating ... but who knows, maybe diet will work for you too.

Most of the push networks dont accept adult dating landers, you need to tone it down and use softcore imagery ... no tits or genitals shown. But it can still work.

There are basically 3 ways to handle this.

1. direct link to the offer
2. using your own landing page where the CPA button leads to the offer
3. kind of a hybrid option ... some offers are setup with their own pre-landers, so you can direct link to those, without using your own landing page.

I would suggest going for no.2 and/or no.3 in case you can find good offers with that setup. Adcombo offers this, but many other affiliates are using that, so their pre-landers are kinda saturated.

Go for CPC yes.

I would really consider picking a different vertical, you need offers with lower payouts ... those are easier to convert and also easier to optimize because of that. I know that for example sweeps can work pretty well on propeller.
