Selling of my $xxx,xxx/month ecom stores
Hey
Hope this is in the right section.
I'm selling one of my 6 figure eCommerce stores.
I'm looking for mid-high 5 figures for it.
PM me or leave your skype in the thread and I'll add you to discuss in more detail.
Thanks!

Have you tried empireflippers? I see similar deals ran by them pretty much all the time.

I think 6 figures are revenue, not profit. I could be wrong.

Sounds reasonable yes, I think in general it's common to ask 12 x net monthly profit right? Thereby the amount of effort/time/knowledge you need to keep that 6 figures or grow it has definitely a big impact on the prizing of the ecom store.

In my experience in buying other web properties it's pretty common for the seller to ask for 6-12 months net profit for the site. Though extreme due diligence to verify financials and to do some estimated projections as well as having a deep understanding within the niche is a must. Hiring a reputable 3rd party is always a good idea to do this.

Depends on the project too, long running sites with solid user base can go for way higher, even 36x monthly profit and more.
But for an ecom store that's probably FB dependent, 12x monthly profit would be a solid price.

I've seen sites selling on 36x monthly profit (average monthly profit for 1 year) too. phemistery should chime in to clear these doubts...

I had a good look over empireflippers.com and flippa.com, some outrageous sales haha has been a while since I looked at this IM route!
I noticed a familiar name selling a pretty impressive project too...
