After reading how RPU's went down ALOT last weeks due to the carrier compliance shit. -
is Co reg still viable? Anyone still making decent money from it?
Yes it is.
yes buddy, its working. It just depends on the angle you take to promote it...
Ok, thanks, planning on getting something to work the next few days when my LI and SP and GTR accounts are approved
The popular verticals like surveys, prize/promo are pretty dry, but the cool thing about coreg is if you find the next big "Vertical" you can become very rich very quickly.
i second the dryness of surveys/prize (at least on PPV). this used to be 200%+ ROI but now bids are competitive. after the new compliance stuff it's pretty tough to pull a profit w/out sacrificing a ton of volume. fun while it lasted, but definitely try to innovate some new angles.
Think of Coreg as a way of being to monetize any kind of traffic. Don't limit yourself to thinking "prize winner". It is super powerful.
Agreed, co-reg is totally still viable. Recently I thought up a new type of niche to monetize with co-reg and I'm at a steady 350% ROI (on big volume). Anything is possible!

i love coreg
It is indeed.
Just have to think out of the box.
That's good to hear. I had never heard of co-reg until I signed up to the forum and it sounds really interesting.
I just got my SP account approved and waiting to hear from LI because my account was disabled for some reason even though I've ran a good amount of traffic through them in the past.
Any tips as to where to start looking? I definitely don't want to go the gift card route as it seems somewhat saturated and not as profitable anymore so I'll have to think outside the box on how to lure people into signing up but any tips are welcome!
What up Flyboy,
something that's helped/helping me is thinking about it in these terms... not just taking whatever zip/email submit there is and using that... but taking anything really that involves a consumer and their phone. So it could really be anything (other than niches that aren't allowed by the coreg network), as long as your exit url points to whatever it is you had on your front end.
So while there still is money in the prize/giftcard arena... you can get really creative and a shit ton of possibilities open up when you think of it in terms of... it can be anything as long as what you promise on the front end you can deliver on the back end
Hope that helps as it really opened up my eyes when I first heard/learned.

Hey dub,
Thanks for your suggestion. I've been trying to think of many angles to possibly try out but still haven't decided on one. My main issue is that the first things that pop into my head are approaches that might be considered as incentives without delivering the true "prize" at the end. I'm aware that this is not allowed so I am trying to think of 100% honest approaches that still have good potential.
Anyways, your comment did get me thinking! I'm following your progress and reading every new post there is, hopefully we can both get to profitopolis soon and share some tips once we're there
