Facebook Monthly Satisfaction Score
Anyone get hit with the facebook Satisfaction Score notices?
Recently had an ad account get flagged with a 1.4 score out of a possible 5.
Looks like they reduce traffic & quality if you have a score below 2 and ban you completely if you are 1 or under.
Anyone have experience with this and know of ways to improve the score?
Thanks

Hmmm where can you find this? It didn’t came across on our accounts for what I know!
Improvement to me sounds like pushing good ads and content so get more positive feedback, right?

Haven't seen it hit any of my accounts yet either but was aware it was coming through from a message sent around (translated from originally chinese I believe):
4. Fan Page Customer Rating – An update that affects account delivery:
From November 22nd, the fan page customer ratings have the following updates:
Fan page customer satisfaction score <= 3, advertisers will receive notifications at BM/Ads Manager to advise them to improve customer feedback and potentially avoid enforcement.
Fan page customer satisfaction score is between 1.51 - 2, advertising has different degrees of delivery reduction penalty. (the same as the current policy, no change)
Fan page customer satisfaction score is between 1.1 - 1.5, immediately entered the manual review, if passed, the fan page penalty still exists. If it is not passed, fb will disable the page permanently.
Fan page customer satisfaction score is between 0.5 – 1, immediately stop advertising for 45 days, and start manual review. If it is not passed, stop it permanently. If it is passed, the ad will start running after 45 days, but the delivery reduction penalty will still exist.
Fan page customer satisfaction score <0.5, permanently stop advertising
Anymore updates would love to hear and will report back myself when the plague hits haha

Interesting, I don't see any scores for my pages yet.
I will add into a friendly reminder in our email sequence and customer support auto-responders, to collect some positive feedback.
Although segmented push notifications would also work great for this, I believe.

This has been around all year. I believe this was a way to penalize dropshippers sending crappy products. Part of the rating is based on shipping time, so unless those dropshipping stores had great communication with customers, customers would leave bad scores for shipping time.
My fb page for my store in japan had a score, but my friend’s store in Germany didn’t. Maybe some countries have it and some don’t?
