I was running an italian offer with a $0.96 payout, for about a week;
As you know they send an email to inform affiliates of any change that an offer may have.
Two days ago the payout for the offer #11862 went from .96$ to .38$, then to .49$ on the same day.
My european affiliate manager didn't send any further reply after the classic "Let me have a look and update you ASAP!"
Can you please check if your payout is still .96$ ?
I just checked and my payout is only $0.49 / Lead
It's pretty bad form by not notifying you. If they care about your business they will pay you the difference, for the time you did not know about the payout drop.
