I'm an affiliate on forex and crypto brands (mostly with cold leads).
I got into facebook blackhat like 2 months ago with no big success - I generated some leads and FTDs but it was never profitable (FTD payout from a network is $550-$650 for tier 1 and it cost me $1200 to generate one).
I learned a lot on the way and now I think I need to have some colleagues in order to crack this.

Hey man, maybe I can help you but you didn't give us much info, what's your CPL, broker's CVR, what kind of funnel are you using, and so on.
There are a couple of things that can lead to a very high cost per ftd.
1. The offer that you're running isn't converting
2. You're getting shaved
3. FB gives you shitty traffic
