Native Ads and CC Submits?

Hi guys,

I have searched on the forum search but can't find a concrete answer for 2018.

Are there Native networks that allow CC submit offers to run? Can I run CC Submits on Native?
If so any idea where to start?

Revcontent allows them along with most of the smaller lesser-known native networks. MGID has been picky trying CC subs there. Generally they seem OK if the offer/lander isn't crazy aggressive, and your ads may get neutered by their compliance team as well. But I have gotten MGID to approve some CC sub campaigns.

I've yet to run Taboola or Outbrain but I imagine they would not approve.

On spot! and there are blackhat ways like cloaking to get your aggressive lander approved by risking your account with traffic source.
