Anyone knows if Rapsio is still around? If yes, is their traffic from Adware(PPV) or something else now? Also any feedback on traffic quality?

Traffic is very very low volume, you'll burn out the audience in a few days.. not worth the time

I used Rapsio 2014-2016 alot.
There they had enough volume and quality was very good.
Unluckily then suddenly volume and quality decreased alot so that I stopped using them completely.
Thanks twinaxe, sounds similar to what happened with Adon Network back in the days, some of the same reps at Rapsio also I see. Not worth it seems like. Any of you use Propel Media(TrafficVance)? Trying to figure out if their quality is as good as it once was(under TrafficVance name) before I give them a call.
I have two accounts with some unused funds on Propel, one for US traffic and one for international.
Had some very good campaigns running when they were Trafficvance but I also don't run campaigns there anymore.
Btw, why do you want to start with PPV?
It was my main traffic source before I left AM due to some offline opportunities, I did solid $xxxx days between Lead Impact, Trafficvance and 50onred(back when they were just intext toolbar traffic). I just feel most comfortable with that traffic source due to my experience with it, but seems like industry has changed a lot since I last used them. Why did you stop running campaigns on Propel Media? Low volume or low quality? Thanks for your help btw, I appreciate your insight.
PPV was also my main traffic from 2008 or 2009 - 2016.
Then I had a bad accident and was out of order for many months and when I got back to work I started with Pops because it was the most similar to PPV.
