Hi, I'm looking mobile POPUP traffic with GPS targeting.

Do you know something like that?

What do you mean by GPS targeting? Targeting countries, or more granular like mobile carriers in certain country?

Basically all sources allow targeting by country, we call it GEO targeting usually.

Please be more specific.

Hm, I think I've never seen a traffic source that would allow such deep targeting. I got some sources that allow some kind of region targeting ... but not many offer that.

hm.... and mobile pop traffic with whitelist of GAID/IDFA? (advertising id)?
I know how to collect GAID/IDFA from specyfic area... so maybe I can do it like that..

DSPs usually have these kind of functions.

I think Avazu mDSP has this and they also have pops (brokered from other networks), so it could be possible to do, but haven't tested it.

P.S. I also have unused credit on this source available for sale if anyone is interested.

They are rebrokering it from Popads and Exoclick.
