We are running Nutra- COD offer in South East Asia market, more detail, in Indonesia, Thailand and VN.
Product= adult
My question is how we can increase and keep Approve Rate(AR) =>80%?
In put: Our traffic come from Facebook, Native Ads only. Customer from Native 's easier to close deal than Facebook.
What we did:
- Training Call Center, make them understand carefully about product and smooth communication with customer
- Hubspot CRM, so data will update realtime to Media Team check & optimize
- Tracking tool, update content follow trending.
Result:
Approve Rate: Still maintain in 50-55%. But when we scale up more, that AR decrease down to 40%
My question is how we can increase and keep Approve Rate =>80%? I know that SEA market have low AR, due to customer behavior, logictisc, call center,.... but still see some network commit Approve Rate 100% ~ That is awesome rate

80% is quite high for COD overall but is common in tier 1 countries like Netherlands but as you move down the order into the countries you mentioned I think its going to be difficult to get that high as they become more inconsistent and flimsical, actually even 50-55% seems quite good from tests that we saw for those were even lower at times.

By the way, upgrade Call Center 's always first step to improve Approve rate.
Some tips:
- Have estimate about order and arrange enough Call Center
- All data must be completed calling to customer at the end of day
- Should have script to take care old customer & customer 're interested by not buy
- Time to call & voice ....
