ZeroPark and Mobile Offer (Carrier and Wifi)

Hi
Some offert have some Carriers and Wifi Traffic allow
But in ZeroPark I can't select
I can just choose:
1-Only Wifi
2-Only carriers
3-Only Carriers and Wifi (But can't select witch carriers)
4-Some Carriers

Exist some way for make a Campaign with Wifi and only some carriers?

Even if there was a way to do this (which I don't think there is), I wouldn't recommend doing it this way.

Wifi traffic is cheaper and carrier traffic is more expensive. If you target both in the same campaign you'd be underbidding/overbidding for one or the other.

I'm with Amy on this ... do not mix carriers and wifi, the bidding situation is usually quite different for each.

There can be significant differences in bids even when talking about particular carriers.

In large GEOs, it's often the best to target the largest carriers separately too.
