How to find Zoneid's of specific Pop publishers

Hi STMers
I have recently started with POPads, and would like to know is there any way to find out ZONE ids of specific publishers?
What i mean to ask is lets say we have a publisher (for example) abc.com on popads.net or may be propeller ads, the networks only tell us their widget/zone id's. I am interested in knowing if there is any guide, or someting to reverse engineer the same?

You can use adplexity to find the zone id of a publisher. Go to the "by publisher" section and search for the website, then you will see the ads that are running on that website. Go to the ad details and you can see on which network it's running and its zone id

My next question is i have certain site ID's can i find their site names?

It not much different, just in adplexity instead of "by publisher" section go to "by placement"
Or same technique shared by @platinum
