ZeroPark Suspended My Account With Money Inside

I logged into our account recently to find that the account had been suspended for "security reasons"

I was forced to change my password but even after that the account is still suspended.

I've reached out to Zeropark on this forum several times since then but they are not responding.

I'm getting very annoyed and now I'm not sure how to proceed.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you're able to change your password, then it doesn't sound like it's really suspended - probably just a routine password update. I'll ping my Voluum rep to see if they can follow up.

the account is definitely suspended.

I was forced to switch my password when i first logged in a few days ago; apparently they had some sort of data breach.

I changed the password as requested but the account is still suspended.

I've sent them several PM on here but no reply.

This is is so frustrating.

Stay calm buddy. STM is not an official support tool so if they don’t answer they probably not online or investigating.

I guess there are other quicker ways to reach out to them.

Even though stickupkid is right, codewise people are usually monitoring the forums regularly, so I'm sure they will spot this thread soon enough.

I have sent them several direct messages on this forum.

I know they are aware of the situation because I can see their online activity on this forum.

It seems they are choosing not to reply to me.

Hi, @sherlock!

We tried to contact you several times through the email, but apparently, something went wrong. PM'ed you the way to unsuspend your account.

Regarding the password change, it was a regular security update, not a data breach.

you just PM a generic message asking me a bunch of questions.

I'm not in the mood to qualify myself in this way.

My account was suspended for no wrongdoing on our part.

Either unsuspend the account so we can use our funds or refund me the funds and we will find another platform.

Though I can understand your frustration, I'm sure they have some security protocol in place to follow in such cases ...

@sherlock - Account is unblocked, just a simple security procedure to make sure your account is protected. Apologies for the misunderstanding. @matuloo - thanks for the back up.

Zeropark.

I had my account suspended a long time ago and everything was sorted out when contacted their support. It's a normal procedure, so as long as you get in touch through the proper communication channel, everything should be fine.

One thing to note is that Codewise team are usually available during their official business hours, so contacting them via support and waiting for feedback in the upcoming business days would be pretty normal.

Stringent protective measures and user convenience are two ends of a spectrum - you can't expect one without compromising on the other. And it's difficult to find a balance.

Glad the misunderstanding is resolved!
