Exoclick is a good source of traffic with different levels of quality depending on what you target on it, just requires a bit of testing because it can come in tidal waves of volume lol. If you open an account and fund it, I believe if the account will be closed it will be before you fund it so you won't lose the funds lol
Or you're looking to buy credits for discounted price from someone who has a balance they don't wish to use?
Exoclick traffic is not shit! It's not like launch a campaign and see money in your bank account. You'll need to optimize and cut bad placements.
And if you wanna just buy an account - please open a thread here (if it's allowed).

No I dont care if its discounted, just wanted to buy an account with 100 or 200Eur in it, not 500 which is the minimum to fund with bank transfer
i know they take 10% fee when asked for a refund
