Ive setup my first campaign with Revcontent 15 days ago. And its been sitting at pending review ever since. A the 10 day mark I posted a support ticket. No answer its just marked as "not seen yet"
I've read revcontent is slow for approval but it couldn't be this slow, could it??
I dont have a rep that I know of yet. Im assuming asking for one would take just as along as getting an answer about my campaign.
someone should have contacted you when you opened your account with them. pretty sure we have some revcontent managers in here so ill let them comment on that. Hopefully you get that figured out soon. Also see your from van too and well by the looks of it into native so give me a shout whenever jeremy.andor on skype
cheers!

Hi jresults-
I am basically a newbie at all this myself but I've been on Revc for about a month and probably started 25-30 campaigns and no- that's definitely not normal- I have not had that happen, I think my longest was 5-6 days but average is 2-3.
If its something 'obvious' I would guess that you left something blank or entered something wrong but guess you've already double and triple checked that and that's not the case.
I would just create a new version of it and wait for that to get approved.
Revcontent is like driving a stick shift in my opinion its hard to get it going and it can stall out quickly... its really like riding a bucking bronco. There may just be a glitch in that one or something or it just never got bumped up onto the 'moderation' converyor belt, etc.
But yeah, just delete it (or leave it up) and start a new one just like it.
Also I'd recommend checking and rechecking all your campaigns to make sure everything is right to prevent overspending- and don't ever select 'push_notifications' in any capacity unless you're prepared to spend 500$+ per day.
And then I'd also recommend sending a courtesy email to your rep- his or her picture and contact info should be on the bottom of your home screen. I doubt they care that much about those of us spending under 1k/day however they're still the rep and still going to help you with anything they can.
Just send a professional email introducing yourself.
Even though I'm new at this I set up a custom domain email with 'lead gen' in the domain so it looks extra professional and they take me more seriously than if it was just a random gmail address or something.
Also be prepared for ad approvals to take several days too- it seems to me as though you gotta do everything on the presumption of what will be happening a couple days hence and then just delete/block as needed when things don't go the way you hoped.
Hope any of that is helpful!
I have to wait 4-5 days on average to get my Ads approved. Support is incredibly slow for me as well, I sent an e-mail 5 days ago and they still haven't come back to me.
Pretty much everyone is experiencing longer review times on rev, but 15 days is to much indeed. Maybe they have a bug in the system or someone overlooked your campaign, definitely try to submit new one(s). What happened to me a few times, was waiting a couple days for some camps to get approved, then I submitted a bunch of new ones and all of a sudden, all of them got approved in one batch... including those that I was waiting several days for to get handled.
thanks for all the replies, I've put up another new campaign to see if it could be a bug or just got lost in their process somehow.
guys revcontent. the approval speed is still hell slow as of Mar19.
its like snail speed... just 5 pics and it took 6 days already and pending.
sent u guys a ticket and the reply is:
https://prnt.sc/mycmfe
its really hard to do business with u guys if it takes 7 days to get an ad approved? and i dont see the process is improving
They typically moderate ads once a day every weekday morning in my experience.
I've only had it take more than 2 business days once, and in that case I just re-uploaded them and they then got moderated soon after. I have heard of the ads getting 'lost in the shuffle' though, so that's likely some kind of logistical error on their end. Overall they are pretty darn good though compared to a lot of ad networks.
That's weird, I don't remember ever waiting for longer than 2 business days. Sometimes they get reviewed on the same day
