Exoclick Account Closed
I just set up a new account with Exoclick and funded it. I setup a Pop Antivirus campaign for the Middle East.
Then I received an email that said my account has been closed and they are refunding my money. They further stated they would not discuss the reason for the closure.
Has this happen to anyone else? Is there anyway to appeal this?
Should I just open another account?

Yup, several people have reported the same problem even here on STM ... exoclick does this sometimes.
For some people, providing references helped ... meeting them in person at some conference often helps too.
This is a security precaution on their part ... which obviously causes trouble to legit affiliates too, from time to time.
What info did you use when signing up, do you reside in some "high risk" GEO for example? Maybe the funding method didn't match your name or company ... or the campaign used landers/offers that are against their rules, so they took a rather strict approach since you were new?

Thanks for the reply.
I live in the USA. The card was a business debit PayPal that I have had for years.
The only thing I can think of is the lander. But, I just copied a campaign I have been running in Propeller and Popads. I was just going to test a new traffic source. And it was an antivirus offer.

Hm, USA certainly shouldn't be a risky GEO for them.
I would try to collect some references from your affiliate networks, and send them to exoclick's support ... when they see you are doing solid business with others, they might change their decision.

Exoclick is pretty solid, they dont just close accounts unless some major shit is going on.
By major shit. .I mean cloaking.

Exoclick Account Closed
@Johner911
No, I was not cloaking. This is a campaign I have been running on PropellerAds and PopCash without issue.

When Google Chrome banned my domains with no reason I was switching them, but not as fast as they wanted. So they blocked my campaigns and then blocked my account.

exoclick are serious about keeping their supply and demand quality up, if you've uploaded an anti-virus campaign I can understand why they would reject the campaign, not so much the whole account, but I guess their system - their rules. I would try to talk to an account manager and explain my case, they accidentally blocked our account once but after a quick chat it was opened, if you still can't activate your account feel free to contact and register an advertiser account with us, we'd be able to help deliver pop, native, push and display inventory to you today. https://ezmob.com

You can try, not sure how often they check PMs as I don't see them posting all that often.
What I know can work pretty well is to hit them up in person on some trade show, exo is attending pretty much all the major shows, both in mainstream and adult. So you should be able to find some "close" to you, I hope.

Yeah, but it makes it a whole freaking quest

I wonder if their inventory is available on some sort of DSP...

I would hit them up on STM or Skype and try to get an account rep to look it up.

You can find some of the large premium sites elsewhere, for example xhamster on trafficstars, they also resell traffic from some TJ sites.
But they have thousands and thousands of small publishers, so large part of their inventory isn't available elsewhere. So in case you want to reach that traffic, you need to go through exo directly. I also like their backend a lot, it's very fast and has pretty much all the targeting you might need.

On exo better start with a couple adult dating banner camps first, so you blend in.
Barging in with a pop AV camp is like arriving at a party butt naked drunk off your feet, obnoxiously loud and dick swinging full on propeller style slapping in peoples faces - nobody likes that.

Could you share the creative you put? Maybe it was deemed as tech support or something in that regard
