How to create comic-like banners? (10)
Hi,
I'd like to create comic-like banners. Any ideas how to get them? And BTW... where do you buy photos for your landing pages? I've been using iStockphoto.com but it occured to me that it's a bit expensive when split testing

what do you mean by comic like banners?
Banners that would look like a page from a comic book. I mean the graphics and style that you find in a comic book

Most people never change the filename of their stock photography, so this will find full size versions of non-watermarked pictures out there in the wild. (Works for other sources as well, of course).
Naturally you wanna buy a copy of anything that you keep after testing
But this keeps testing costs down.PT

Depending on what it's for and how realistic you want it to be this may work for you. Especially if it's for smaller images
Photoshop
Load Image > Filter > Artistic > Poster Edges (then adjust settings)
