Where did it go wrong then mate? High cost? Low ctr? Low CR? All three? Where is the follow along?

Even with an epc of let’s say 1 dollar you should be able to have more margin. Your cost are too high or ctr on prelander is too low then trust me!

Which networks and offers are you testing?
Diet is definitely not dead. Harder to make work, yes.

Definitely not dead. Getting 300% ROI for USA at the moment.
The problem is the offer. Test a few until you find one that gives you an EPC of at least $5.

Diet is not dead and never will be. Competition is growing so it's hard to find great ROI offers and test them on same traffic source.

What he said ^
Diet isn't dead, you just need to be creative and do what others don't do. Being creative is also becoming harder and harder.

Why at least 5 dollar needed to become profitable? That means your cost are very high or CTR is very shitty.....

Yeah I would say you should test more offers.
We have straight sale diet offers that get better results than 1.5$ EPC.

Definitely not. I can't say how profitable it is, but I'd estimate that 10% of the affiliate ads our tool catches are diet.
Many of which are running for over a month, and in different geos.
Maybe look for different offers as other mentioned, or see how you can improve your ad/landing page.

Diet is a forever green niche - there will always be huge opportunities in this market. Seems like its less about the marketing and more about high converting offers with solid advertisers, have to just keep testing more mate.

This right here is the answer. You have to test quite a few US offers until you find the right one that brings in over $4 epcs.
Tip - forget garcinia offers for US and focus on keto related offers

All Diet offers are not the same which is why testing is so valuable. Even within the Keto subgroup of Diet offers there's going to be lots of variance with offer types. For example some Keto offers will be packaged in Bottles and some in Boxes. Some will be tailored towards men/women. Even something as simple as background color can change CR so it's always good to have a sound testing strategy in place to keep your decisions sound/based on relevant data.

I stopped running Nutra last year. Did the USA merchants get the MIDs issue solved?

Come on, it's not dead. Punks might be, but not nutra

I can see, that you posted it a month ago, but what kind of offers had you been trying to push?
