after I got some BMs banned I started to appeal and get contact with the FB Support Team.
Now I got an email asking if they can call me. It's about re-activating the payments. In the Facebook settings I marked that I was an Agency running accounts for clients.
Of course that is not really true. I just pulled in other BMs from friends so that I can use them. Neither I have a VAT in DE atm?
Can anybody share his experience or give advice?
As far as I know, this is their standard process of assisting advertisers ... so pretty much the same any affiliate managers do at the regular traffic networks we are all using. People report mixed results from these consultations, some say it helps, some say it's mostly not-that-skilled people trying to explain platform spec we all know already. Google is doing the same with adwords, I had a few calls like this with them in the past, there was some value in it.
Hard to say how it would end in your case, since the info you gave them was cooked in the first place ... but generally speaking, I don't think it's a trap, just an attempt at "helping" you buy more ads.
