Apple/Samsung Sweeps w/ Mobile POP in Tier 2/3 GEOs for Beginners

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to start a group that helps everyone participating to reach his/her goals.

Briefly about myself. I have background as an AdWords account manager in an agency and currently have a full-time job in a company as marketing manager.
However, since I am never fully satisfied as an employee I want to run affiliate marketing to become independent of the monthly pay-check.
My hosting and and tracker is working and I did test several lander and offers. I did get my first conversion ..even my first 3 but still didn't find a winner that I can scale.
My personal goal, getting to green campaigns until end of 2018!

Shared Goals:

we want to run Sweepstake offer for Apple (Iphone) and Samsung
we run POP traffic with focus on Mobile
we focus on Tier 2 & 3 GEOs to get us much data for our testing budget as possible
we want to exchange all our testing results to accomplish as fast as possible campaigns with positive returns - the foundation to build our affiliate journey
- where we find which kind offer
- what lander we use and how we modify them
- which traffic sources we use and our bidding
- how we can make our setup and process easier and faster

Team:

we are located in Europe and have the same timezone
we aren’t able yet to do affiliate marketing full-time and have to follow a normal job
we are still able to spend 1-3 hours per day for affiliate marketing
we are able to skype Tuesday & Thursday at 19:00 (GMT+1)
we are 4 people that are sharing a very similar situation and with the same goals

Requirement:

you did already setup your hosting environment
you did already setup your tracker
you ripped already a lander
you did already run campaigns and tested for a minimum of $50

Rules:

we call on skype every Tuesday & Thursday at 19:00 (GMT+1)
are committed to spent a minimum of $30 per week on testing campaigns
IF you miss a call or don’t test campaigns for a week - you get a yellow card
IF you miss another call or another week of testing campaigns - you get a red card and leave the group
