Can you succeed at this with no web design/programming skills?

I will be starting my 1st campaigns at the end of this month and want to make sure I'm not mindlessly throwing money away with no hope. I have 0 skills when it comes to web design and programming. Can you realistically be successful at this direct linking cpa offers with traffic sources like POF?

Sure you can.

With direct linking you wouldn't need to design anything, besides your creatives.

As far landing pages, use a WYSIWYG web builder type software if you don't have experience with html/css.

looking back on 3yrs+ of paid traffic.

its is better to have the skill than have to seek or befriend those who do and with-in that wisdom.

there comes a point where you have to delegate. few get rich and maintain it being a 'army of one' even gates, jobs, and buffett had teams but 1st it was just them (ok jobs had woz!)

absolutely you can survive.

master www.fiverr.com and www.odesk.com and there's nothing you cant accomplish in the business.

its not what you know, it's who you know.

make sure to brush up on a base knowledge of affiliate marketing technology so you can write a good job description.

Yeah you can get by without knowing coding/html/css but you should get around to learning the basics if you want to take your business seriously. There's nothing wrong with outsourcing it but you will be leaving a lot of money on the table if you don't learn it. Time = Money.

Here's a good blog post from one of my fave bloggers with the basics: http://www.trafficplusconversion.com...code-websites/

Lynda.com is not bad either if you need your hand held and are willing to pay for training.

Learning stuff that you are not good at maybe hard but it is also what benefits you the most.

You can survive without HTML CSS PHP JAVASCRIPT or w/e and you can always just tell ppl to do something for you. But with the knowledge of the stuff you can much better deligate and communicate what you rly want.

Besides when you are not able to learn simple stuff how are you going to master the marketing stuff ?

Sure you can! It does takes a lot of trials and errors. You don't need to be an expert at it. Just the basics, and you will get there.

Yes you can, but honestly it'll be hard. Most affiliates start off with either a designing or programming background as you need both to complete the job. I'd say having a keen sense for marketing and traiffc source knowledge is more important then design/programming.

For example, if you have a full time designer/programmer in your office and you have 5 years marketing behind you and know 2 traffic sources inside/out then you'll do just fine.

I sucked at everything to start. And not only that started with a bizopp that was just trying to sell you more shit.

I learned html, server management, programming, marketing, advertising, copywriting, etc, etc

I know it sounds like a lot of work but I'd say start focused on knowing the marketing basics and rules. Outsource the rest and then slowly pickup those skills as time goes on. Just get in there and do it.

A better question to ask might be: "Are you willing to take the
effort to learn?"

If you're willing to learn it doesn't matter what level you begin at.
