Filtering bad widget IDs by session duration?

I ran a simple test yesterday and used the "Session Duration" metric on Google Analytics to break down my visitors into time spent per, these are the results:

I was promoting a Sweepstakes offer and using a fake news type Prelander, I think it would be safe to assume that most of "0-10 seconds" traffic is Bot/Very LQ as the time to read the entire article is easily 2-3 minutes and even spotting it as a fake would likely take 10+ seconds. What do you think? Are there any tools that can provide me with the avg user session time by Widget ID?
