Foolproof tracking, and testing your own tracking links?

HI, I have grasped server to server tracking. But I want to diagnose my tracking links before I go live with my campaigns. Is there any way to fire conversions to an affiliate network and to your tracker? I am looking for a way to make a quality control system. I know I can fire sub ids in my postback URL. But I am looking for a way to demo my campaign before it goes live. Sometimes I feel like I have a great campaign, and I dont see any conversions. Or other times I start a new campaign where I have converted on before, but then it seems like I have less conversions then I should have.

Are there any diagnosis tools that can basically test all my tracking before I go live? I was also thinking to test offers by scraping them and then putting the real offer page with my offer page, and see which one produces the most conversions to see if I am being shaved. Just looking for ideas.

To send conversion to tracker just send traffic direct to your postback URL with clickid attached.
On affiliate networks just ask your AM if you can make test conversion
