Best Pop Source with Most Mobile Traffic?

Any opinions on which pop network have the most mobile traffic in tier 1 EU? Seems like there has been a steep decline across the board especially on ZP, PopAds, etc.

Carrier or WiFi?
For Tier1 mobile in general you can check Propeller, Exo, Adcash...
I have campaigns running in some Tier1 EU countries and can get lots of traffic.

There is also plugrush, clickadu ... there should be enough volume for the major GEOs.

Our inventory for current month can be found here; we're getting around 100B ad requests a month, you can chat right now with one of our managers to get an estimate for your specific targeting.

this is only for our pop and push inventory, we've got display/native inventory as well, but will keep that for the relevant thread..

Both, wifi and carrier, but targeting only mobile devices. Also, it would be nice if more of these networks integrated with The Optimizer. The Optimizer is pretty much essential for a successful campaign. Blacklisting IP's is also a must to get rid of datacenter, proxy, vpn, and other known bot sources which is around 35-45% of all PPV inventory from our experience.

Question regarding AdCash, do they have their own inventory, or are they aggregating from other networks? They've switched over to being more of a generic DSP the last couple years. Curious to know more about their setup.

Adcash has own inventory and many SSPs integrated.
They have really huge volume.

Say you have 5-10 campaigns running in different GEO's, how are you managing optimization on networks like these without The Optimizer or similar service?

Most of the sources you will run into these days are having both their own inventory and some rebrokered or secured via other RTB means.

I'm regularly handling 100-150 (sometimes more) campaigns with the help of my small team of 3 additional people, without any tools. It just takes some practice.

We have millions of daily pop impressions in Tier1 EU. Wifi, carrier and geo targeted. Mobile only as well! We haven't seen a dip in volume really, but then again we're not a network. With us you're going directly to the source.

Following up on this thread, as a direct mobile advertiser that doesn't have any issues with flows, compliance, or scrubbing, it has been next to impossible to get scalable traffic that converts on PPV. Majority of users cannot be billed or the traffic is anywhere between 40-75% bots (measured with internal tool). PPV seems to largely be a waste of time. A few hundred dollars per day profit that doesn't last just doesn't make sense to continually focus on and maintain. PPV abruptly changes, volume tanks, bot traffic increases on previously profitable sources, optimization turns them off, just really annoying. It's social traffic or bust pretty much in this business. Just my 2 cents.

This is the reason for working with affiliates or CPA networks that specialize in this type of traffic. Because it requires skills, time and money spent.

The market is evolving naturally, if most advertisers work with intermediaries it's justified.

Are you offer:
1. GPS Targeting?
2. GAID/IDFA whitelist?
