Anyone know what the tracking paramaters or whatever its called that you need to place into your ads to make lets say the City or State show up in the ads for each of these platforms?

I'm assuming. Ask your manager.
Ask your manager or rep. If you don't have one at a traffic source, you need to get one ASAP, they'll make your life a lot easier as well as providing a channel for contact if you need special treatment/support. They will be your biggest asset, I still talk to my traffic source reps I started working with 5 years ago to this day.
