I am a newbie on this and have no idea if this is helpful, but the best Youtube videos I've seen on Bing tracking are from 'Online Marketing Essentials' and 'Surfside PPC'.

I also watched the tutorials on Clickmagick about Bing and they said to get the ad approved, then ad the tracking link AFTER they are approved, and then I guess in bing you would add the extra tracking parameters like /{keyword}/{adgroup}/etc...

Can't remember if those are accurate and you may already know all of the above but wanted to try to provide any help I could..

Whatever tracker you use hopefully has some tutorials on it too.

You can use a tracker for this, this for an example is how I have it setup in Binom.

You can direct link via your tracker link.

Use a tracker like Binom or Voluum, you can direct link via your tracker too!
