White label Supplements (10)

White label Supplements

Is anyone here selling their own supplements? Stuff like hair growth, brain supplements and stuff?

- Where do you source your products from?
- What do you need to watch out for in terms of legislations?
- Do you need to have approval per country to be allowed to sell a product?
- Other legalities to take into consideration?

Thanks.

You really need a law firm in the country where you wanna are going to offer the product to work through these questions. Relying on people in this thread exclusively is pure lunacy, you need someone with FTC experience for the US etc.

There are dozens of reputable vendors offering safe off the shelf white labels and custom formulation. Which country do you want to ship it to?

I am currently just in the research phase, ideally I would like to start with The Netherlands as I am a native Dutch speaker which would make the learning curve a bit less steep.

Are those of the shelf products all compliant with European regulations?

Let´s say you would want to market brain/memory supplements, would you need to get these tested by local authorities? Or will the white label supplier take care of getting everything in place and all you need to do is market the product?

I have my own line of private label supplements here in the US. I am not sure about the Netherlands but if you find a private label supplement company they typically handle all the regulation stuff. Most private label companies will require certain pieces of information on the label.

Find a private label supplement company in Netherlands and they typically handle all the regulations and first consult with a proper lawyer.

If this will be a trial continuity program than I would suggest not to run it in the country of your residence

In addition to this, be very careful with your claims.

I worked with a Dutch company selling hair growth serums and they needed to be very careful with their claims.

Which are a far cry from your typical affiliate supplement ad.

So, honestly, just quickly googled "private label supplements netherlands", and got some results from UK suppliers.

Went into google translate, copy pasted my original search query (into Dutch) and found around 4+ private label supplement companies FROM the Netherlands.

https://www.google.com/search?q=priv...&oe=utf-8&aq=t

Here are some that showed up for me:
https://privatelabelvoedingssupplementen.nl/ <- These guys have some Hair supplements for ex.
http://www.nutri-dynamics.nl/nl/ingredienten/ <- have a variety of products
https://www.envirsupplements.com/
http://www.proveropharma.nl/private-label/

This took me around 10-15 minutes... With some deeper research you'll be able to find one that fits your needs (exact products you need + minimum quantities, etc, etc).

Finding the product isn't the hard part. The harder part is:
- Legal aspects - consult a lawyer on everything.
- Setting up a converting ecommerce site/funnel (your choice)
- Dialing in your advertising
- Maybe fulfillment (unless the company offers private label dropship)
- Payment methods in NL????
- Customer service
- Other moving pieces

Good luck

Initially try and pick a company that has on demand services you dont want to have to order xxxx units of product and find that its not popular
