Also, If was a female that was looking for coupons/deals, this ad definitely wouldn't catch my eye. It gives the demo no reason to think they might find deals on the other side. (If you're even running coupon deals, im not sure, your follow along is a bit confusing to me)
Just a couple things to think about.

for starters use a service like onehourtranslation.com then make your images pop, try adding a 10px red/green border, try raising your image w/dropshadow (there's a few awesome threads on improving fb CTR). Also your bid is too low hence why your ads are not getting impressions (or it could be you're targeting a very small demo; what's your demo + country?)

Ya you definitely need to start with getting the basic done right.
Your angle is confusing.
Come up with something realy simple like "Believe in Santa?" "If so, you could be a lucky winner of an iPhone 4s" etc.
Before you spend anymore money on testing. I would post your ad copy here, so we can verify if it makes sense.
