I believe that should say "it CAN'T detect if you're running BH or WH"?

Is there any concrete data on the ratio of positive engagement like "likes" to negative engagement like "hides" or "report as spam" that triggers a ban? Or does ratio even matter... perhaps, if you just tally up enough "hides" or "report as spams" regardless of the amount of likes that you get, it will trigger a ban?
