After choosing a freebie it collects users info and sends them to surveys.

Are you looking for offers that actually also deliver the freebie, or rather something like sweepstakes with similar offers to those that you listed? Or free trials maybe?

Please be more specific.

Is this just a misleading advertising angle to get people's hopes up, just to motivate them to take the CPA action?

Or will people actually receive the freebie they choose in exchange for their time?

Reminds me of the "sign up for 2 offers from this list to get this freebie" model.

If it’s for nutria rebill offers the quality will be very (very!) poor and you’ll get kicked off the offer quickly. If they track down the lander... non payment for sure
