Thrive + whalecash Postback URL help

hey guys i'm having trouble tracking conversions with Thrive can anybody please help?

I'm using whalecash CPA network i'm getting conversions but it's not showing up in whalecash

and I hate the fact that you can't just place your postback URL in the network, they have to
manually put it for you & they're not really helpful.

here's my postback URL

http://domain.com/path/postback.php?tid=&offerid=&amount={PAYOUT}&subid=& extra=(subid)

and here's how their offer links looks inside my Thrivetracker. what Am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure of the specific tokens used by Thrive or Whalecash but your postback URL looks odd:

Here you are using {PAYOUT} for payout yet (subid) as well.

Usually tokens follow the same format, so I doubt the Whalecash system uses (subid) as a token, and I am not sure if this is being passed back to Thrive in the correct format either (does Thrive expect a unique click ID under "extra"? Or under "subid"? I would presume the latter).

Your affiliate link also has ...&extra={subid} in it -- so I am assuming your unique click tracking value is stored under the "extra" param and so you should probably be passing something like {EXTRA} back into the postback.

Overall, the issue is likely your postback URL configuration.
