Conversion Data LLA still nothing an junk clicks

Hi all, i haven't posted much but read most posts on here, gathering knoweledge.

I just wanted to know if anyone can enlighten me on this problem...

I run seo and native and have FB conversion pixels (cloaked) on my nutra products (weight loss) at the aff networks. I get the data from purchases through my sites and native ads.

I have about 100 conversion data feeded in to the FB ads account of converters. So its meant to be the best right?

So when i run LLA on purchase data, i get clicks and no conversions. I just don't get it...

Am i missing something?

I am using landers that work for others and similar creatives.

Would massively appreciate the help!

Regards

Don

How many clicks are we talking here about, what $ spent and what kinda payout on the product? We need more info to be able to put this into some kind of perspective. 100 conversions might be a small sample too, in case the buyers don't share that much in common ... like no strong patterns when it comes to ages, interests ... Lookalikes work the best when you manage to pixelate people that are similar in some way and in some cases, it takes a lot of data.

I haven't always had amazing results from lookalikes, but 100 conversions probably isn't the best amount of data like matuloo said. Nutra is a very broad audience so I'm guessing you will need more data to really make meaningful connections in your audience.

100 conversions is like the minimum required and it doesn't even account for the actual quality of those conversions. So the custom audience size is very likely the issue for the low-quality lookalike.

Hey Matuloo! Thanks for replying.

Payout is $36/36.

Garcinia trial product and a keto trial. I did a split test with 2 landers.

"case the buyers don't share that much in common ... like no strong patterns when it comes to ages, interests ..." < very true but my guess seen as they converted they would be very similar?

Well yes, that's the theory ... and the bigger the sample, the easier the patterns that they share are to identify and target.

But if the sample is small, there are probably some people from several age groups, some females some males, some with lower education, some with higher ... with small data sample, these results can be very fragmented and it's quite possible that there are to many smaller audiences mixed together, which results in a very broad mix that FBs algo has a hard time targeting. And on top of that, you only bought about 100 clicks, based on the screenshot .. that's really not enough to make any big conclusions.

Do you know anything about the past buyers? Maybe use that data and try to target based on that.

I dont know exactly who bought the products just the conversion that came from the offer.

Here is my strategy.

SEO > NUTRA REVIEW > BUY PRODUCT > CONVERSIONS PIXEL > FEED INTO FACEBOOK > TARGET AUDIENCE

The general consensus of where i get my traffic from are the overspill from the native and facebook guys. The people viewing the product generally google a review of the product then end up buying through me.

So i assumed it would be the same people and targeting.

Im going to target interests now and try build up more conversion data via facebook through this method.

Out of interest the big facebook guys doing nutra etc, they use pixels for targeting. Are they gathering thousands of conversion data do you think?

Nothing wrong with your strategy at this point, I really think the small sample is the only problem, FB simply isnt able to build the right audience based on it.

What some of the big guys are doing is narrowing down their targeting, to find converting segments, then pixeling those segments with separate pixels and building lookalikes based on those. So they already start somewhat targeted/segmented, which makes the audience easier to replicate.
