Ok, it's a very different story to the normal type of campaign but for my family is very important because apart it's a way to introduce to work my wife and she became more proud of her but also the fastest way to make money if you don't interest

I read more and sincerely had a difficult to start, also it's a month of my holidays' whit my family and don't have very more free time..but after some good hours read the forum and finally start!!!

My wife is a cognitive psychologist her is very skilled (13 patients and only one after 2 visits denied her) but had a problem she doesn't have the connection to find patients.
In Italy, it's a bit different the approach you consider was mad or stay very very bad to arrive to ask help from a psychologist and it's very rare the people talk of this experience, in short need to had a good friend relationship to a family doctor or much
better a priest!!! We had a priest in south Italy but he seems don't have new people to help for now, in past send some people.
In some areas and attitude, we stay 3 tier...
She had 2 area of work, in Rome near the center and in our village in southern Italy.
I start the campaign in the village and boom!!! find 5 new patients in two weeks!!
Whit 80 euro of AdWords, around 200 clicks she earns nearly 500Euro in one month,(50 euro visit) incredible ROI because these patients go here minimum 10 times (i hope)
I start the same campaign in Rome but two weeks and nothing result.
Also, make an error o think is this add more keyword whit AdWords suggestion tool
Need to restart to zero because it's two weeks and nobody calls her for now.
Some Consideration and angles
In south Italy, there are 10 competitors in 30 miles area, in Rome 200 in 3 miles but Rome had more people.
The city offers more and more people are skilled and had more connection.
In south Italy, the story you live an work in Rome had a better consideration, a pair of psychologists we know and all work very more because don't have competition...
In Rome see on Groupon offer of 4 visits for 50 euro, they can earn more if work as a dogsitter, it's very ugly and desperate to accept this, especially after 9/10 years of study.
In Rome, the problems are more panic attack and anxiety in south Italy depression.
I find the competitor in AdWords also some website like service market and some psychologist website marketplace, she subscribes to a pair but especially for service market I see yesterday 5 request but in 10 minutes also the psychologist maximum 5 can reply to him and finished the slot! Seems very competitive this market.
She increases the patients after making some review on google and dottori.it its marketplace of doctors
also see on doctors is very simple because they don't check anything add one every 10/15 days , on google it's a bit difficult for now 6 reviews but I finished the people..take parents and uncles, but it's difficult friend give a review to a psychologist, for the dry clean had 32 reviews and was the first in my area but a laundry is a zero competitive market on internet.
Also, think is very better give google review of people really meet her whit google localize the position

2.the problem is the area google business had an old studio, she changed to a new this summer also on Bing we have our home but it's a different zone and more residential and don't have the metro near..Need to change also to a new studio. 1. I choose call announces and text announces on search and also banners whit the picture of Google make
some change but sincerely I feel lost on my AdWords account seems to new every new campaign google put old setting into the new.
For my idea the call banner will give better result because the website for now is ugly and also make the people more fast to take an action.
What is the best for now?

You can offer a discount code to each person to track referrals by word-of-mouth.
For example, you can make a deal with Dr. Russo, tell him/her "we are a licensed psychologist/therapist and would appreciate some referrals; if you have patients that need our service, ask them to call us, and use the discount code 'RUSSO-30%-OFF' to get 30% off their 1st session".
Then you can pay Dr. Russo for every lead.

Wordpress loads so slow - please make sure to use a FAST theme, and also minimize the number of plugins (try to use only 1-2 plugins). Make sure the site loads fast! Many people access sites on their phones.

Today after 2 week of silence two new patient one in rome and another to village!!
I stopped adwords promotion from last week and continue bing but do 2-3 clicks /day..
Bing letter arrived and make the difference.
Also the another from rome we think is from prontopro.it yesterday we pay the access 140 euro for 80 points,an reply is 2 points..
I choose it because see prontopro is the first on adwords and in rome cpm around 1 euro after 2 reply find an new in one day, whit 4 euro earn 50 seems very good
We are not true certain but seems really..
Whit adwords minum 30 clicks in rome 2 week and receive nobody..
The other think
1.groupon offer is for a desperated and we think is better going to do babysitter and not provide an service require 10 year of study and two degree for 10 bucks hour
Whit tax and groupon service became 5 and need to pay the room is 10 hour and we lost 5 euro.
Will be the same if i ask you to became an microworker.the price of labour is very important and for lucky we stay in position to until choose.
2. The family doctor dont help nobody or if help are parents or very good friends they are an caste,they earn around 10k and feel rich i know many whit my work ask to help they elegant deny.
The priest t are really rich and dont need money the need follower for increase their power and in the fact the psycologist thief their work because because if you an moral problem in the past t priest help people.
I feel an bit tired and lack concetration need to sleep an bit more..

Ah OK - looks like I'm very ignorant of your culture - I don't personally know any Italians very well.
Regarding wordpress: You can use it, but try to find a fast theme (google "fast wordpress themes") and use very few plugins. These 2 things will make the MOST impact on page load time.

Very cool you guys were able to do this together as a 'family business' sort of thing. I love it.
I wanted to add some additional thoughts as in a prior life I was the Regional Director for a Mental Health Provider.
We did most of our marketing via referrals, and it really depended on who was paying for the service.
This is sort of abridged for simplicity but this is what we did/one way you could look at it:
-If Private Pay (the patient or client pays with their own money) we tried to build relationships with private pay doctors who were already working with private pay patients and needed a good private pay mental health provider to refer them to. Also spa's, chiropractor centers, support groups, etc.
-If Medicare (government healthcare for older folks) we generally tried to build relationships with old folks' homes, geriatric doctors, assisted living facilities, etc.
-If Medicaid (government healthcare for poor or 'low income' people) we generally tried to build relationships with the local medicaid doctors, the local schools, government-assistance departments, etc.
With all that said though I think SEO + paid advertising is crucial to building a mental health practice too (and more dependable), and I think it's EXTREMELY cool the progress you guys have made getting clients with that!
I imagine on certain platforms like Facebook you could target even more specifically, and run ads to people within 10 kilometers of you between the ages of _ and _ making $____ per year and with interests in ____ and ___, and all that kind of thing.
But yeah, very cool! Very exciting stuff!
Hello Jack, yes my hobby change her professional life,now she feel good because can give an sense for her Qualifications. Also another salary in family budget remove more stress.
Now she had an connection whit an psychiatrist and exangee an pair of patients.. But government doctor is impossible to engage if you are an parent is Ok but in Italy is really differently lifestyle,serious in 6 year we test all ways the only way to start is priest or doctors and we can't had chance to had success whit it..
And also is very more satisfactory don't ask help nobody.. We know she had an very good potential to had an good carrier... Now need to me make my dream to change my work.. Today whit 40 grades, hiron all afternoon I very hate and really tired of my work..
