obmedia .com
They arbitrage Bing traffic. Previously was google but google removed email ads for domains.
I use to mail there from 2012 to 2016 up to and until google pulled out and Bing was used. Havent retried since.

hastraffic .com - contract based stuff i think.

Other CPA networks do offer CPC offers on select publishers and is usually not set to public offers.
Ask your AM is the best option in these cases. It AM knows you push emails and see you have CPA
results, they will usually push the CPC as well.

Hey.. thanks for the suggestion. I will be signing up with these networks. Do these guys accept small time publishers with a few 100 clicks per day?

If its quality traffic, any network is will accept.. FYI though, OB pays on LP click and not email ad click.

Many years ago, adknowledge/adstation used to rule the CPC mailer space despite with yahoo feeds.
This is because they always paid on 1st click and was circa 2010-2015, with $1+ per click.
Easy 15-25k per month on that alone. OB was hovering at around $2-$5 per click with google feeds
but on LP click. Not sure nowadays.

Also consider other email ad networks as they have CPC also (some pay 1st click, some LP).
Check out mailcon.com to find mailer networks and ask other mailer here and mail section here.
