Tackling Negative Comments?

Just wondering, How do people tackle negative comments on FB/IG adverts without having others be put off by them and just straight up deleting them?

Go to the FB page you use for running ads -> settings -> page moderation (somewhere in the middle) -> add as much as keywords which you want to hide. Deleting comments on large scale will trigger FB to check your ads/accounts definitely and probably will harm your reputation big time.

Hi - thanks for the input but doesnt the FB Page setting thing only work for people who comment on posts on the actual page... not ads?

It hides all the keywords in your ads from that certain FB page! Make sure you also add words like "spamm, spammm" instead of only "spam".
