Total newbie, How do you track a offer on Binom from Mobidea

I am trying to follow the newbie guide but I am using Binom instead of Voluum I am very confused on how to get a offer to track

Try some other trackers like redtrack, there are many others and Binom is nice tracker so no need to change the tracker and go for cloud based.
