The JB team completed our first Tough Mudder team race and it was an awesome challenge, but the soreness has def kicked in today. Some good news to update you on, we’ve been seeing adv getting approved on a lot more monthly processing, which in turn has led to a huge increase in US trial caps.

The most interesting part is how a company like Blue Apron,which is valued over $2B dollars, grew their company by primarily spending on Google and Taboola (Facebook isn't even in the top 6). Here are my Fast Five takes on current trends I'm seeing on the network:
• Intl Keto (SS): This year we've seen a lot of success with US/FR keto diet offers thus far, but now more geos are trending like AU and ES. The keto diet is an intl craze that's well known across the world.
• FR Diet (Trial): France diet is a high demand geo and outside of our SS offer, we also launched two trial offers.

The JB team is back from another successful trip in Bangkok for AWA! I can confidently say I gave my all to this show; between back-to-back meetings, 4am industry parties and 27 hours of travel time.... my body is really cursing me right now, but money never sleeps, so let's get right into it!
One of the biggest topics that kept coming up were the new FB policy changes to agency accounts. In a nutshell, they're limiting the amount of daily spend on new agency accounts and many guys are making the switch over to personal accounts. The key thing with personal accounts is they need to be real, aged accounts and not farmed ones. I can make an introduction to one of the biggest account providers in the industry who sells/rents real accounts. Here are my Fast Five takes on current trends I’m seeing on the network:
US Diet (Trial): We're 3 weeks away from the biggest month for nutra and now is the time to start getting your diet accounts ready. Don't wait until Jan 1 to start testing diet, as the top tier cap will be allocated to the affiliates who already have good rebill history. Don't say I didn't warn you!
US ME (Trial): The second biggest vertical on the network for the past week has been US ME. We have several 2 step and 1 step trial offers. It seems accounts have been lasting much longer than in the past.
DE Diet (SS): We launched a new Keto diet offer for Germany and it's been crushing Herzolex. This new offer is uncapped, so hit me up for links.
FR/IT/ES CC Sweeps (Trial): Our top FR CC Sweeps offer is now doing over 2,000 sales/day and is uncapped. If you have any email or SMS traffic hit me up to test this offer.

Hi All,
I'm sure many of you are waking up full from last night's Christmas dinners, but I hope you're still hungry to absolutely smash revenue goals in Jan 2019. This week's Fast Five will focus on giving you some strategies/tips on how to crush nutra in January and start the year with an explosion of revenue.
Tip #1:
Many of you are waiting for Jan 1st to start scaling your nutra campaigns, but most experienced affiliates start as of today Dec 26th. I know this is a time for relaxing and recharging the batteries, but I also want you to know that your competition is hitting me up and already working deals to secure cap. You always want to get a step ahead of your competition in this game, so don't wait to hit me up for offers.
Tip #2:
US diet trial offers are the most sought-out vertical during the month of Jan, however caps are limited and the top tier offers cap out mid-week. The smart affiliates are allocating portions of their budgets to SS diet offers which are uncapped. This allows them to scale without having to worry about caps/redirects. Dec was our 2nd biggest month for US Diet SS in 2018, so the proof is in the pudding.
Tip #3:
The best strategy for getting dedicated cap on top tier offers is to have high rebill quality. The top affiliates are targeting 50+ and have credit card decline% below 20%. Hit me up if you want me to give you CRM access to your c/c decline% through our Radius platform. This is a useful tool to view your initial stats.
Tip #4:
If you want to get more dedicated cap, then you have to get better at deal-making. Your competition is out here taking lower payouts or testing multiple offers in order to secure cap on the top tier offers. You may not be willing to do this, but I can tell you truthfully, your competition has been doing this all year and the deals will only get more aggressive come Jan.
Tip #5:
In the 9 year history of Jumbleberry, January has always our biggest month for revenue. This means that if you're running nutra this is best month to make money and if you've ran nutra in the past, well now is the time to dip your toe back in the pool.
