Ok so some of you may have not been watching....but the ftc came out with new rules for Bizops and they def aren't friendly

That document covers it from the side of buyers....but its a good read to understand the new regs....as it broken down into very easy to understand txt...
here is one key point I wanted to highlight
Under the Rule, sellers can't claim they're offering you a job when they're really promoting a business opportunity.
Ok so we all know the lps
and because the "full chain" is now liable...meaning ad network, cpa network, and aff....
I would be very careful as to how you promote these things as its not guidance anymore its the new law of the land....
and they have definite plans to enforce this with a heavy hand....
So gauge your risk wisely.....your whole biz can end pretty quick....if the ftc comes knocking...
FTC = Federal Trade Comission, so it only applies to the US.
I would extend those rules to any english speaking country. the FTC has been working very closely with Canada and Australia on some of these.
Read the FCC & FTC RSS feeds. None of this is new, all of this is months old.
