Not sure what exactly you are asking for - but you can set up postback for all the events you want - just talk to your AM about it. If it's something like casino, you can set the same postback for both sign ups and FTD (First Time Deposit). You'll note conversions for both - but different payouts in conversions - depending on how you have set it up.

You should also be able to use custom conversions to tag different types of conversions to stay better organized, but I've never actually used that.
