So as to avoid my landing pages and campaigns to be stolen?

We are subscribed to all known proxy/VPN providers and constantly blacklisting their IP addresses. These include peer-to-peer/botnet providers like Luminati. For an average user, just subscribing to all of these products would cost $10,000+ per month. Even our smallest users benefit from the savings, and can enjoy our data.
We also have tests that can proactively flag visitors that are using proxies and VPNs (even if they are residential IP addresses). Meaning, even if it's a brand-new IP address that has never been seen before, our tests are able to detect it.

Not looking for a per-click based solution. Interested in getting the database of the IP ranges of all the VPNs which can be blocked.
