Can't View Offer Page Even With VPN? (9)

I have this question sent out to my AM, but don't expect to hear back until Monday, so I'm hoping someone here can help answer.

I'm trying to run an offer to a tier 3 country, but I'm unable to view the offer page. I've verified my VPN is working, I am able to view other offers in other countries. The offer is good for all OS's, devices, 3G and WIFI and I've tried to connect from my laptop, phone, etc, but it keeps taking me to a random page with a random offer. Any ideas why this could be?

Same thing happend me with few days back. It was vpn issue. It happens when particular offer or particular country blocking your vpn

Some advertisers implement "Anti-VPN" measures, blocking traffic from known IP ranges or certain IPs that are known to be used by major VPN services. Simple as that.

Edit: Support replied and apparently it was only an issue on my machine. It was working well on their end.
