POP/PPV with GPS targeting and/or GAID/IDFA whitelist targeting

Hi Guys,

I spent nights to find what am I looking for...and you are my last chance

I looking for some POP/PPV/Redirect traffic with option to target by:

1) Location by GPS coordinate - I found with targeting by city but need city area level

2) GAID/IDFA (Google Advertising ID and IDFA for Apple) - I have whiteliste of people that convert very good and want to monetize them more.

Will be appriciate for any help.

You should check dsp.a4g.com
As far as I understand they have targeting by GPS coordinates.
They also have option to target only users with IDFA/GAID but I am not sure if you can target specific IDs.

I see gps targeting but cant find gaid/idfa whitelist...

@twinaxe Unfortunately they have gps targeting but only for native and banner ads... not for POPUP
