As you all know, Megapu.sh always fights for quality of its traffic and we always try to clean our network from low-quality and fraudulent clicks.

Now we offer you to do it together. Almost all of you use tracker in your work.
Starting from today, Megapu.sh will pay for the information about bot IP addresses.
If you found suspicious IP addresses in your tracker then:

1. Write about that to Telegram @botfighter.
2. Provide screenshots from your tracker, where we can clearly see: date, campaign id, feed id and the IP address where clicks are coming from.
3. You will get $1 for each confirmed IP address, plus compensation for fraudulent traffic (in case if the refund has not been done before).
4. We accept suspicious click data only from main Magapu.sh feed.
5. We will accept screenshots dated not earlier than 15.01.2019

We will ban all suspicious IPs - as a result, you will help us to make Megapu.sh better for everyone.

Dear Megapu.sh Team

I just chatted half an hour with one of your support staff and realized that it's not the right channel, as others here might have experienced in the past as well.
That's why I'm posting this here, while I try to solve my problem by myself.

I think it would be good if you could improve your backend to make it more user friendly, and also to earn you more money

Here are a few suggestions:

Low balance notification
- it would make sense to send me an email when my account balance is less than X days average ad spend (for example 3 or 5 days)
- it would make sense to send me an email when my account balance is less than X$ (for example 20, 100 or 500$)
This means for you that the advertiser is spending money during more days in the month, which earns you more money!

Restart campaigns after balance is refilled
I'm really having a hard time now. After I discovered that I've run out of account balance, I see that all my campaigns were stopped.

Some of them were stopped due to being out of campaign budget, they are marked green and thats fine. I know I have to add budget + restart them.

All the other campaigns are marked white. Some of them were stopped by myself, and some of them were stopped because I run out of account balance.
Now really... it seems like it's up to me to figure out which campaigns were stopped by myself, and which ones were running until I've run out of account balance so that I can restart them now. Pretty time-consuming and boring task that your platform should handle automatically, don't you think so?

Those campaigns that have been stopped because of the balance must be red. Please, check it.
As for sending a notification, it's a good idea, and in the past, those kinds of notifications were sent to Telegram messenger but it wasn't really popular among the users.
We'll consider the option with sending e-mail notifications. Thank you for your recommendations and comments.

Yes that's what support told me, but I'm not color-blind, and there were no campaigns marked in red. I think it's pointless to tell your customers that something "works" when it's in fact not working for them.
Maybe your system just didn't work 10 days ago, at least that's my guess.

And yes, I think email notifitcations on low balance would make sense, because there must be a reason >90% of the other traffic sources send out such emails.

be careful, i had a very negative experience with this network. created a campaign for FR desktop and got just a bunch of BOTs, their bad is bots configured so poor that i had only 2 different user agents in my logs - windows/chrome, androidDesktop/chrome - 400+ clicks like that, no other ua/os combinations looked very suspicious when i contacted their support their replies were in a manner - "all is good, f...k off". zero solution and even total lack of any explaination from their side. i spent $10 out of $100 balance on this trash clicks and they refused to provide refund. then i found a telegram of their lead developer - Lev @artishev and asked to explain what's up, the reply totally shocked me, he told "Why are you so surprised, all user agents are similar for a normal PC, out of 7 billions user agents 5 billions are similar". that's not a joke guys, i'm ready to provide proofs - screenshots of my chat with support and Lev in russian if anybody interested. they're scammers, i'm not the only one who's telling this, a lot of bad reviews around in tg groups and forums.

it's just their normal attitude for their customers. by default you're in a role of an idiot who have to prove them something, but they don't hear your arguments at all.

I've bougth $100 to spend in megapu.sh but then decided to stick with my ecommece business and not use it.

When I asked megapu.sh to return my money they said "sorry, no can do".

Is anyone here using their services interested in buying these $100 from me? I'll sell it for $70.
