What to do when IP is banned by Facebook?
Hi I have access to over 800 Facebook ad accounts but every time I launch new ads from a new account I keep getting banned. So far I tried different payment methods and making another facebook account admin of the ad account. But each results in a ban.
Do you guys have experience with this and know how to continue running ads on FB?

How did you come to the conclusion that your IP address is the issue here?
In my opinion, this sounds like a "new" account issue.
How much user activity do these new accounts have?

No man. I have over 800 accs. whenever I try to add a billing method I get the message that it is banned for security reasons and that I need to contact support. When I let some of my friends add a billing method it still works.

I'm not sure, but it might be that the BIN of your cards has been banned by Facebook, so it doesn't matter which accounts you use as long as the BIN remains the same.
Your way around this would be to use another provider or try to request for a BIN change.

I get what you're saying but I cannot even add a card I get this error/security message when I try to add a payment method.

Are you seeing this?

Nothing to do with your card or IP, you need to keep appealing accounts even if they are active, when they "activate" one, your payments will open

I would also suggest appealing and trying to figure what the reason is by asking for details. Most wont give you the exact reason but it depends on the people replying, so we are lucky enough sometimes and get some helpful information. Don’t just try with one or two accounts , appeal for as many as possible.
Also depends on the kind of accounts btw .. if they are poorly farmed and banned for obvious reasons they won’t spend much time trying to help you.

Thank you! I have been doing this for ages now. But support is so stupid. I always get the same standard message back from them.

Yeah, support is indeed incompetent, they just forward your case to the "internal team" just like a middleman. You just gotta keep appealing and exercise real patience.

Yes and the "internal team" keeps sending back a standard message. I had this problem once before and I told them to call me because of these standard messages I received. That helped and got the issue resolved. But now they keep telling me they are not allowed to do this anymore.

I don't think it really matters they say that. To my understanding when you make a new appeal a new case is opened that goes back into their queue and whether that approved or not is completely random or depending on factors they only know. Maybe for instance they activate x% accounts per 24 hours and when this number is fulfilled and your case come next in the queue then it gets rejected.

How are you accessing the 800 accounts?

They are all inside my business manager. I thought about inviting an aged account that will be accessed by VPN, and then create my ads. Would that work?

It could work. IMO, we don't have enough info to make that call. Before going through all of that trouble, have you tried logging in from a different IP? Don't use popular VPNs though, because you're def not the first person to try this, and you'll be sharing IPs with people who could be significantly more shady.

Issue is not with your IP. But the account that BM is attached to is too "new" most likely.
Get a solid real account from somewhere , preferably from your local area to access it.
Also dont use vpn's etc.

So I should get an aged account. Invite that to business manager and manage ads from there? And just use my regular IP? Same Macbook or Imac?

I wouldn’t suggest to use any commercial VPN as they are already under the radar. Even if you use a different browser your machine is most likely fingerprinted by fb , they use a lot of metrics to do that including canvas fingerprinting. Best is if you use another machine or a VPS ( windows server and the server hard ware is easily detected though as they have a different hard ware read out rather than standard machines). Just rent an account from someone you know to be safe and access it from their machine.
There are other ways to spoof fingerprints of rented accounts from real users but it’s a bit complex and maybe a bit costly.
Buying a farmed account would put all the accounts you add to BM at risk as well.

And def get some solid residential proxy you could hook to either the OS or a browser you will be accessing the manager account from
