Bing ads pay per call conversions problem - please Help

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is well. I was hoping someone could take a look at my campaign pay per call campaign that I'm currently running on bing ads. Have really good results until now but no conversions. I'm getting clicks from very relative search terms but literally not one conversion. I even got a good amount of clicks to my call extension and still not one call. This is odd to me as the call extension is supposed to take the visitor to their mobile dial screen but even after about 20 clicks to my call extension, I get 0 calls. I'm totally confused and don't want to give up on this as I see great potential if I can just figure out what the problem is.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Hi,

Clicks on the call extension asks the customer to dial the number directly - with options "Dial" , "Cancel". I guess they've clicked cancel.

The other clicks on the ad have gone to your website.

If you want to drive just calls you can make a call-only campaign with call-only ads, where every click will get to a call to your number.

Do you think its possible that all 20 call extension clicks could have been canceled? It seems very unlikely to me.

Also 0 conversions from about 125 website clicks as well.

I was using call only on adwords but the cpcs are way too high, i cant seem to make a profit.

Do you think it could be a technical problem on bings end?

That is possible. It might of been just one person. I run call only ads. People click on my ads all the time thinking they are going to my lander. It's possible that only 1-2 people counted for those 20 calls. Did you get charged for all 20 clicks on the extension? If you did not then thats a good indication that it was one or two people.

Yeah I was charged for all the the 20 clicks to my call extension. I had the same thing happen to me a few times as well on Adwords where same people accidentally click on my ad multiple times and I am not charged for those clicks.

I spoke with Bing ads support last night and I got a good agent who understood my problem and thinks it could be a tech problem. He told me he will send it to the tech team and get back to me within 3 to 5 business days which I really hope to get some good news.
