Word on the street is PUSH Notifications (not Pops) does well for Pay Per Call. Particularly on direct sites where loyal visitors subscribe to receive updates via PUSH.
Starting to see some promising yet limited metrics on that front.
Regarding paid placements, I know Pushnami has good inventory for mobile notifications. Any other recommended push platforms i.e. AirPush?

Is this your company or a platform you use? Have you used it for Pay Per call? How does quality and durations look for calls referred from there? Are you able to determine what % is mobile vs. desktop / landlne? When I go to the push section of Admachine that directs me to separate domain RichPush, what's the relation?
