Suggestions for freelancers to edit ripped landing pages

I know there is a thread posted somwhere with a pretty detailed work flow, outlining steps to edit ripped landing pages from Adplexity.
I am wondering if anyone has any specific individuals they can recommend from upwork or freelancer.com that can do the job, and actually understand what they are doing instead of blindly following the steps and having me to re-check the work as the result. I am essentially looking to hire someone to mass edit a collection of LPs I have saved from Adplexity, removing any hidden redirects and updating destination links to my domains.

Thanks

I've posted a job post I've used in the past to recruit lander editors - it's probably in my 40-day tutorial in one of the landing page lessons. Please feel free to take that and make any changes.

Basically they need to know that you want 1)all the intended functions of the landing page to work, 2)all the unnecessary code and redirects removed, 3)the page optimized for speed, and 4)the page to display well in all major browsers and devices.

You can always ask them to fix a first batch of landers first, then take a look to see what other requirements you want to add for the next batch, and go from there.

If you're looking to get this done regularly, which you probably are, I'd consider hiring a VA full/part time. The way I used to handle it is the following:

- find out average hourly rates for the most common VA countries
- work out how many hours a day I'd need someone
- significantly overpay to the average hourly and make sure they're available on fixed hours which are convenient for me
- I usually ask them to completely code from scratch based on the examples I give them. This gives you more flexibility and for a reasonable coder, it's almost less work than cleaning up properly.

The reason for overpaying is to make sure they actually work the hours agreed on and also keeps them loyal. Some people might find this quote offending, but it's just the way I experienced it several times. The only thing that keeps cheap VAs motivated is 1) payment and 2) paying on time - every time. We're talking about numbers that won't hurt any affiliate and for the VA, really mean a difference. Small things like a couple of dollars bonus just to show them appreciation is also something I regularly use and which has paid off well for me.

Copying the landingpage rather than cleaning up gives you more flexibility and allows you to customize the whole code to your system, while it shouldn't take much longer than a clean up of code. Additionaly, it reduces the risk of hidden redirects, code breaking and leaves less of a footprint.

To find a VA there's probably not many options but go on some forums where people offer coding services / seo services and obviously upwork and the usual sites. I'd post a job with 3 rather 'difficult' LPs and filter say 5 applicants to get the job done. I usually pay for these tests, since this attracts more applicants. Once you narrowed down your 5 potential candidates ( look at feedback, hours worked, you know the drill ) and they're done with the landers, run them by a friend who knows a bit about coding or decide yourself if you're able to do so which code looks best.

Once hired, explain them in detail that they're supposed to clone the LPs with every functionality it has, shouldn't be too hard.
