Official TES Affiliate Conference Prague 2018 Thread

Dear all,

My name is Andreas, and I am one organizers of the TES Affiliates Conferences (https://www.theeuropeansummit.com) which are taking place in September in Prague, and in March in Lisbon-Cascais.

Please feel free to post all your questions regarding the upcoming TES Affiliate Conference from 14-17 September 2018 in Prague, Czech Republic in this thread, and I will do my best, to answer all your questions regarding our upcoming TES Affiliate Conference in Prague.

We will not fall behind and will attend TES this year too.
Must say we haven't been there for few years and really do not know what to expect. But reading last years feedbacks the conference seems to be veeery productive!

I've attended TES for the past 5 years I think, the last year it was moved to a new venue, the hotel looks more fancy but I kinda liked the old Park Hotel more. I didn't stay for long, always just stop by to check whats new and then enjoy Prague, but I would say last year was the most crowded and looks like this year will be similar.

Meh... and 20% of the reason why I've decided to come along this year after a couple years of absence..

I have some asian poontang appreciation disorder,
and its very hard for me to stay focused in those countries.
It would be just way too expensive for me at this point .. talking about 70% networth loss due to divorce..

Anyway TES was same old same old.. nothing new
mobile is dead.. all of those "leading" mobile networks are now "leading" nutra and ecommerce networks.
CC dating is being expanded into tier2-3 a lot via cc.. and thats it.

You didn't miss anything.

Lot's of opportunity waiting in those GEOs, as soon as the advertisers figure out how to monetize them properly ... I'm missing the mobile goldrush and my India campaigns ...

Hehe it's not that hard to stay focused, just think about all the possible illnesses ))

It was great! Met with all contacts who I wanted to meet (some hidden gems for sure)... Not that much interested in seminars etc )) More like drinking and making connections., you know.

Yeah, did the speed dating.... I mean speed networking thing ) . Good stuff.
