No longer running pop traffic, Zeropark $417 balance clearing out

It is a shame, ZP don't allow you to withdraw your own money from their platform.

I'm offering $300 for this account with $417 balance in it.

Just ask for a refund.
I also had few hundred dollars left in my account when I stopped running Zeropark.
I asked for a refund and got all my money back.
No need to give $417 away for $300.

Well, I did ask for refund. But the answer was 'the first deposit can not be refunded, it is in our terms of service'. WTF! Who woulda thought.

Ah ok, when I asked for a refund it was not my first deposit.
Nonetheless this is not nice at all and when they really would care about customer relationship they could just refund.

Is this the same with MGID? I've been trying to get my money out for a little while now. I impulsively put alot of money in there without thinking it through. Im going with revcontent but cant even seem to get the rep to fucking respond.

No company with such customer service will get my respect.
