Mobidea- Understand The Link Offer and How it Re-directs

Hello All,
I have a question. Whenever I test my Mobidea link offer on my laptop it takes me to different offers that are not the one that I am trying to promote (for example Men's Health pill, amazon spin a wheel, etc.)
My question is: Is this normal and the person that clicked would have to go through this?
Am I plugging in the wrong offer link?
Or is it sending me to these offers because it is taking into account my location (U.S.) and throwing me down those links?

Just trying to wrap my head around this because I am worried that some of my offers that I am testing are not allowing the people that click through to the right offer.

Any ideas would help.

I'm having the same issue with my Mobidea offer. Clicking the offer link takes me to a page promoting something completely unrelated to the mobile game install. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Koobs11, when you test the offer link you may want to use a VPN that connects you to the same region as the offer along with an emulator if the offer is for mobile. This may show you the real offer.

Hi, I've the same problem. I use the VPN to set to the offers country, and test the offer links, but it redirected to a wrong offer landing page.

The worst things are, the URL redirected more than 15 times, took more than 20 sec to load, and everytime directed me to a different offer landing page.

Is this normal? What's wrong here?

The most popular VPN services often are blocked from viewing the offer pages.
Also it makes a difference what kind of offers you check.
When you want to check an offer that takes WiFi traffic then a VPN can help.
When you want to check an offer that only takes carrier traffic then a VPN won´t help.
For this you would need a service that can give you real carrier IPs.

Thanks Twinaxe! Yes, you're right. Had found out the reasons, it's due to not the correct IP and carrier that the offers allow, that's why Mobidea show random offers under their SmartLink.

The correct way to test the offer links is to use the affilitest.com
